6 volt light bulbs
Can anyone tell me what is the wattage of bulb I should be using in my dome lamps ? I know it is 6cp but a lot of the available 6v bulbs here are not measured in candle power and you can't convert cp to watts.
thanks GB

Re: 6 volt light bulbs
The #63 bulb is rated at 7.0V, 0.63A and 3CP. So P=EI, P=4.41W Look for something in the 4. Watt range, or just buy a #63 bulb at the auto parts store.
