Runs rough
Spark plugs good, fuel is fresh, points good, starts and idles good, manifold vacuum is sealed but it runs rough on the road. When I accelerate, it misses and stumbles like it wants to die so I end up limping home at about 20 mph. Is there a way to see if the condenser needs replacement? Other things I can check? It has been running fine the last few years until a few weeks ago.

Re: Runs rough
I think this is more a fuel problem. Unscrew the line from the carb and check the flow. Unscrew the gas cap and see if that changes the flow.
Remove the filter from the end of the carb and clean that as well as any other filters you have inline.

Thanks RAWHIDEKID...I did what you suggested...apparently the engine gets starved for fuel sometimes! Problem fixed! THANKS!
