1935 Tudor Rear Seat Armrest Removal
I am trying to remove the rear seat side panel so I can replace the window. This is replacement upholstery, not original. The armrest is attached to the body structure, through the cardboard side panel where my finger is pointing in the second picture. There is no apparent access to any fastener, front or rear. I am able to rotate the armrest to some degree but it does not want to come off. Any useful ideas are appreciated before I pull too hard and break something!

Re: 1935 Tudor Rear Seat Armrest Removal
Remove the window garnish moulding and all attaching screws, then lift straight up and the panel will come off. The back side of the arm rest has a hook plate that is screwed to the arm rest. The side panel is sandwiched between the arm rest and hook plate.
