Default Aluminum heads-too many threads

While reading thru back posts I keep coming to there being too many threads in alum. heads, and what's left of my mind keeps saying I remember something about this from years back, so last night I dug thru several boxes of old counter displays and handouts that I have collected. I found a handout by The Electric Auto-Lite Company, Toledo, Ohio; Sarnia, Ont. Form 809-A. It is called an "Auto-Lite Plug Check Indeicator" and is a pocket tool. On the reverse it lists heat ranges and plug numbers and styles. P=10mm, A=14mm, B=18mm and T=7/8ths by 18 thread plugs. In the A style plug they list A-7, AN-7, and AL-7, and list the AL-7 as being an extended reach plug for aluminum heads.

I wonder if any such similar plugs are available today?
