Has anyone used one of these remote starts on a 31?. If you have how would it be hooked up, I'm adjusting the valves and thought it be quicker then cranking it

You need a relay type starter to use that switch. Also, you really don't want to be turning the engine with the starter to adjust the valves. You need to use the hand crank so you can stop it exactly where you need to.Using the starter it will go beyond where you need to be most all the time.

What Keith said. That thing is intended to be used with a solenoid.
