Default oderless parts cleaner

I went to Home Depot yesterday to pick up some new solvent for my parts cleaner. I wanted to use oderless mineral spirits and saw some that was less expensive than my usual brand. (under $9 for a 3.5 liter can.) It's white milky looking stuff, oderless, nonflamable, won't hurt your hands, and works great. It comes in white plastic cans. Try it. It's good stuff.

Doesn't sound like a petroleum product. What kind of grunge are you able to remove with it?
