Default 39 ford glovebox lock removal

I'm taking out the glovebox lock to get the code to have a key made. I pulled off the spring clip thinking I could remove the arm that locks the glovebox, no luck. I removed the screws holding it to the door. How do I get it out of the glovebox door?

Pretty sure the lock cyl with the arm attached slides out the back once you remove the clip.

Once you have it out, let me know the code and I can cut you a key to code.

Ok folks, I finally got the cylinder out. There is a small roll pin through the little arm that locks the glovebox door. I pried it up but not out completely and it allowed the lock to come out of the glovebox door hole.

5 Stars to FlatHeadCoupe John McClure! He assisted me on the phone with my key issue. Within a couple of days I received new keys for my missing glovebox and trunk, both worked perfectly! Thank you again for your help!
