Default Ford T Handle Wrenches

I have 2 Ford script T-Handle socket wrenches. One has a Part Number 5-Z-2038, and it has a hex socket end measuring 0.671 across the flats.
The second T-Handle wrench has a poorly stamped Part Number 5-Z-160, and it measures 0.575" across its socket flats.

What are these Ford wrenches used for?
