Just got back from Natchez trip great fun meet Jim from TX. What a great guy and his dad ran little over 325 miles up and down the Trace and southern Tennessee, lost the generator in Tennessee but had a spare what fun three days of going. Here is some pictures

It's a great drive. Going down the trace with mafca a few years ago is what made me want to organize mafca's next national tour in 2013.

Allen,

Thanks for sharing -- America was always so beautiful before our insensitive type of modern civilization changed its beauty -- wonderful to have people waking up to provide & restore protected nature areas like this.

It was a beautiful week for us on the Trace last week, too. We racked up over 1,000 miles in 6 days, going up the full length and then back down to Natchez. It was neat to meet Allen and his Dad and the rest of their group in Tupelo.

A strong cold front went through the day before we began the tour, so we had 6 very cool, clear, sunny days. The fall colors were beautiful. Considering the length of the tour, we had fairly minor difficulties in the group (no issues with my car). That road was made for a Model A.
