Default Dash light?

I was replacing my dash harness in my 41 and noticed one of the light bulbs for the dash said GE and FORD .Did Ford make replacement bulbs or could it be factory,Ive never seen a ford bulb before.

Looking through the old FoMoCo chassis parts catalogs you will find that all the lamps had FoMoCo part numbers. There is no reference to any other numbers in those publications. I'm sure GE made most of the bulbs for Ford but you have to go elsewhere for cross reference of manufacturer part numbers. It's a chore to find these references now days since the 6-volt and many other incandecent bulbs are starting to disappear from the parts house shelves. Old GE references are the best but they aren't easy to find anymore either.

I once had a NOS pair of 33-34 cowl lights and both bulbs had Ford printed on them.
