Admittedly, improving performance and fit/finish has become almost a cottage industry among Shay owners. Nevertheless, there is plenty of Shay-hate among purists because they're not "real" Model A, even though they never were intended to be. Again, love them or hate them for what they are, not for what they're not. Dunno about you, but it's not up to me to judge whether Shay fans "don't know better." |
