Dyno testing the Flathead for Speedweek
Getting ready for Speedweek our 292 cube Flathead during a soft dyno pull testing the engine and transmission combination. For all the Barn member's who enjoy something a bit different.
Another father and son project all the machine work and assembly. Click on the link below and then turn up the volume up. Ronnieroadster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qa8eaUk-Lhs

Thanks for sharing Ronnie . . . looks like you're ready to go EARLY - a great position to be in. Best of luck, go fast, be safe and set some records!
Question: What transmission are you running in it? |

There's usually a good post underway on the HAMB with daily results. I'm going to be to busy trying to get the record bumped to get results out on the Barn daily. Besides our Rear Engine Modified Roadster were also running a 34 roadster with a supercharged ARDUN my son will be driving the 34 and if things work out a second driver for the 34 will give it a try as well. Running the second car will pretty much take up any spare time I might have for posting. We might be crazy trying to run two cars but heck you gotta be a little crazy to do this fun stuff anyway. Good thing its called Speed WEEK we may need all of it this time. Ronnieroadster

Re: Dyno testing the Flathead for Speedweek
There are some things I wont give away. To get a stock block flathead to put out the power needed to run 200 MPH burning gasoline has taken my son and I a whole lot of time {years} experimenting until we found the sweet spot for reliability and the power needed. So I hope you would understand for now I will keep some stuff secret.
