That car is just beautiful! I like the "Hand Signals Only" sign on the tail light.

Pity those who can't or don't read.

"Lawson.....they don't have to read; just watch the frantic waving of arms"

With all the various nationalities living in the UK the people following might think the waving arms are just the occupants inside talking to each other

47 Merc.......the arm waving is usually confined to the INSIDE of the car when the occupants are communicating with each other.

If it were OZ, it'd be a case of waving a Sheila or a Fosters goodbye

Henry.....that's amazing ! Do you know where and when that photo was taken. I do have photos of the car when much altered, with four headlamps and V8 Pilot bumpers; accompanied by the original owner. The B was restored to it's current format in the early 80's

Henry,

Where on the web did you find the picture? In the meantime I'll save the picture and email it to Keith.

Nice 32 . Unique to UK "scuttle" below the doors too.

As a matter of trivia can any of our non British Commonwealth friends on the Barn tell us what that car is in the background?

That UK Cabbie is beautiful; the bodies [except the Sedans] were from Canada, but probably a Dagenham chassis.
In what way is the ''scuttle'' different.?
The car in background may be a Triumph Mayflower??

Opps, sorry, don't think I was meant to guess the car, being from the Commonwealth!
Tom.

The cabriolet looks lovely. If you look closely the car in the old pic has the reg number painted on the front wings.

Can't make it out exactly, but I don't think it matches the number on your car. That doesn't rule out it being the same car, but it would have been great if it had matched, wouldn't it?

Mart.
