1939 Ford Deluxe Ft Spring. Replace or Re-arch?

I have a 39 Ford deluxe in my shop with a weak front spring. Can the originals be cleaned and re-arched at a shop with satisfactory results? What replacement springs are available?? Do they have tapered leaf's like original? Lastly ,Im sure Ill need a spring tool to stretch it out for install/ removal. Any pointes on making one >?? Thank you! This site has been a great help. Mike
