Help with lug nuts marked R&L
We have the early 28 engine number of late feburary, I noticed that all the lung nuts on it are mark with the R. I would think that if these were the correct nuts for this truck {NOT SURE OF THAT} one side would be marked L. We did have it restored about 15 years ago so not sure if this is even the correct nuts. If these are the correct nuts what side should be R and what side would L. Thanks Billy

The trucks didn't go to left and right threads till Dec 1928.

Re: Help with lug nuts marked R&L
Some vehicles had left and right threaded lug studs. Right for right side, left for left. I'm not aware of the ' A ' being like this, but, I don't know about early 28s.
