Question Model A truck club?

I see other model a body styles have special interest clubs. How about the small truck (Not AA, Neil has a great one going now.) I don' t say pick up because there are other small truck styles. I am willing to grab the quail by the wings and do it with help. What are your thoughts?

Small trucks are pretty much just a Model A with a truck cab and bed. I few commercial differences like paint, spring, radiator shell and headlamps are the major differences.

Chris - you can have a column in the digital news letter. How about the technical section?

Will you allow an AV8 ccpu project to join in? If so, I'll hang around to pick up some tips and enjoy the friendships that develop.

Don,
I would be interested in a commercial A club myself. I have a 79-A Panel Delivery (as well as my AA stuff).

A fair amount of the commercial A and AA parts are one in the same. So, this would be a good combination of information. The same cabs were used for the A pickup and the AA open cargo bodies. Expanding/Combining this information would be great.

The Ford Model AA Truck Club membership file currently has categories for both the Panel body A and Pickup body A. There are 19 commercial A's registered in these categories currently.

Note that there is a club for the Model A station wagon currently.
