What is this?

I was putting the 4 piece hood on my 35 today and found these in the bag titled hood parts. I probably put them in the bag in the late 90's and don't remember where they go. I'd appreciate your help. Thanks, Bob

It resembles part of a choke cable assembly on later flatheads, from what i think i see.

Thanks for the replies. I took it apart and here's a better picture. The bolt has a square shank that fits into the cam shaped piece. The largest piece has a curve that perhaps a bar or thin tube would go through and maybe the cam would hold it in place. The only reason that I suggested that it was hood related is that it was in a bag labelled "Hood Parts". It appears that the bolt/cam must turn to raise/lower/position something. With my 4 piece hood in place, I don't seem to be missing anything, but then again........
