Trunk seal
I’m looking for recommendations for a new trunk seal for my 37 4dr sdn. Doing some paint work and could use a new seal. Thanks in advance.
Regards, Don. |

Re: Trunk seal
Hey Don, I have a 37 Fordor. Can't find any single piece closed loop piece, so I order a generic piece from Joe's Antique. I cut it to length and it fit very well. I have seen recommendations to super glue the two ends pieces together. Have yet to do that, am letting is sit and normalize. Be sure to scrape out all the old crud before gluing in the new piece.
Can send you some pics and the p/n if you want. gregg |

Re: Trunk seal
If you looking to prevent water getting into the trunk, also check your rear window seal, previous owner replaced trunk gasket, but water was getting by rear window also.
