Single springs are all you need for a street engine. Get a new set of Zephyr springs and set them at 50 to 60 lb on the seat depending on how much cam you have.

The bottom line cost of adjustable lifters and having a valve job done like original with the stock hollow steel lifters will be the same and you don't have to worry about quality or having the adjustment change with the stock ones.
The cam will last longer also.

Just about all piston manufacturers furnish 3.312.
At that size, you will have enough room for at least 4 more bore jobs.
After that you can sleeve it back to stock and start over.
You won't live long enough to wear the block completely out.
