Any ideas why some folks post a "thread" that is one continuous run-on
sentence with no capitalization,commas,periods or puncuation of any kind?

Very annoying to read.

I think you probably know why. People often get shitty and abusive when it's pointed out too, but I do agree it can be annoying to read - or piece together.
