Default 1926 Model TT value

I am trying to help a friend get a value for a TT truck, her husband was working on before he passed away. It has new fenders, tank and running boards, cab has no rust, rocky mountain brakes and over-under tranny. 1919 block on 26 pan and hogshead(was running last year), extra parts to finish. Has no doors or hood. Any ideas on a value, thanks

The Rockies add to the value. I'd put it at about three or four grand.

A little tough to get full value without the doors, which are getting pretty hard to find. See if you can get doors before you put it on the market.

I guess location has a lot to do with it. I would not see the truck bringing near 4,000 dollars around here. Like stated the doors are getting harder to find. But the fact that it does not run would be a big deal to a lot. Without it running and no doors. I would only give 1,000 or so for it. I say find doors an get it running. Just having doors to go with it is a plus.

The way it sits id agree around a grand. If you did some digging for some more parts and got it running nicely you could pull more out of it. If your not mechanical and pay someone to fix it generally the Ts take more money to fix than what they are worth.

Thanks guys, I told her I thought it was just$2 to 3000, but I wasn't sure because it had the Rocky Mountain tranny and brakes. I know a little about t's but haven't been around any TT in the 50's and 60's they were pretty cheap and took up space, my dad just took parts from them to use on cars.

In my area you will be lucky to get $ 1000. You will have to find the right person !

I would start at 1000 and not take less than 500. It's missing way to much. And it's a tt. Nothing wrong with those. They are just harder to sell. Most out to buy a t are wanting a car to take for a ride.

The last TT I worked on was bought for $1,500, was a complete C cab 23 missing the wood in the express bed.

My opinion is that the value is anywhere from $1500 - $2500 depending on how long you're willing to wait for a buyer. I could be there next week at $1500.
