1936 Trunk Back latch locks
Does anyone have the lock cylinders w/keys for the 1936 Trunk Back trunk latches? Everyone seems to be out of the latches themselves, and mine are in great shape, just missing the key.
Or does anyone know someone in the San Francisco Bay area that could make a key(s) for trunk latches that do not currently have a key? Also, can't remember, was the trunk latch key originally matched to another key in the car? Ignition or Door? I am going to be replacing the door lock which of course is available new and wondering if I find someone if I should have them match the Latch tumblers to the door key. Thanks for the assist. |

On the East Coast, Barn member 32Phil can make keys for you if given the code on the side of the tumbler. First rate work and many on here will agree he is the man! Sending you a P.M. with his phone number.
