Bypass type regulators are the ONLY kind that will hold constant output pressure and volume under all fuel delivery conditions. The common "dead head" type regulators are worthless. Bypass regulators will regulate from zero to the maximum pressure they are rated at so they will work with any carb. Here is a pic of one of my tank jobs. Not much to see. Either the trunk or the spare hides everything. I use 2 Stromberg 48 carbs. My block has 4 intake ports. |

Also install an inertia switch from a Ford vehicle in case of an accident. |
