I need to remove this wheel,i tried to pry the center off but it is resisting,and i dont want to break anything.what is the procedure.

Push the horn ring in and turn it counter clockwise, that should release it.

Be very careful to avoid disturbing that beautiful barn fresh patina.

Disconnect your horn first. The neighbors might complain. LOL

In addition, I would suggest pushing down hard on the center of the horn ring (not the outside horn ring) to prevent breakage.
