Default help w/steering wheel removal

I need to remove this wheel,i tried to pry the center off but it is resisting,and i dont want to break anything.what is the procedure.

Push the horn ring in and turn it counter clockwise, that should release it.

In addition, I would suggest pushing down hard on the center of the horn ring (not the outside horn ring) to prevent breakage.
