Default Are the duel headers symmetrical?

If I bought dual headers with the straight down piping Center dump are they symmetrical to where I could flip them over and have the exhaust pointing up?

The block is not symmetrical, so they are going to be offset (one side of the block to the other) the amount the exhaust outlets are on the block.

Edit to remove incorrect information.

Say the driver side header can it be turned upside down so it exhausts up? And same with the passenger side keep each header on their original side only upside down

59ab block

I just wasn't sure if the flange on the headers were at different angles so then it wouldn't bolt up when I flip it over if I had an extra block would be easy to check but I guess I'll have to take mine apart

You can't flip the manifolds on a Flathead upside-down or side-to-side due to the way the bosses are oriented on the block. To do either, you would need to cut the flanges off of the pipes, flip them, and then re-weld.

Don't think that will work. Remember the 2 forward studs are angled forward. All the rear studs are angled rearward. Plus the forward studs are a bigger size than the 4 rear studs. Might work if the headers are a flat plate that could be re-drilled.

Need to engage my brain here! That is correct, the angles are different.
