Default Driving The 52 Merc

Out for a first spring drive in the 52 Merc today. Beautiful weather and the Merc performed well. Some video of the drive. https://youtu.be/8esI_tM3Siw

Enjoy my friend. I'm envious as my old flathead is still 2200 miles away and not up and running yet. Mabey by July I'll have the time and money to Finnish it and driver it home. I do miss driving it. Tim

Actually spring is pretty much right on time. Earlier than some years in fact. Roads have dried up enough to take the Merc out without getting muddy.

I saw pretty close to 60 degrees this afternoon. No wind, partly sunny and just nice working weather. Spent a good part of the day washing cars.
And yet we had a slight frost overnight.

The high temps in Southern Illinois are around 70 and the lows are in the mid 50's.
