NOS 1930-1931 Outside Door Handle, not Genuine FORD, but a USA made replacement handle. I do believe that I found it in a FORD dealer garage, about 45 years ago. It is in near mint condition and has two working keys.

Are you sure that it is 1930-31? From the front end, it appears to be a 1928-29. BTW, not made be Ford does not make it NOS but NORS.
