Column drop parts interchange
Im trying to figure out which parts who interchange in early Ford column drops.
I have noticed that the contact plate, brush and housing interchange between 32-37 Fords and also 37-39 Nash column drops. The ball, spring and screw are also interchangable through the years. And the 32-35 & 36-48 ignition locks interchange. The switch lever interchange on 1932 and early 1935. If i would restore a total bare 32 column drop, is there any application/years that interchange the internal shaft with the steering lock? Thanks |
