For Sale: Rebuilt Ford big truck flathead V8 3-brush generator.

Just off the test bench today. This is a double sheath pulley for 1930s Ford big truck. It has an armature that was previously rewound. I checked it on a growler for opens, shorts and grounds, cleaned the commutator and sealed the windings with Glyptal. It has new field coils, brushes, brush springs, sealed bearing, wiring, oiler and insulator. I installed one of my refurbished original Ford cutouts. The body was media blasted and painted. Its been test run on my 90 year old test bench and works perfectly. Currenty adjusted at about 5 amps, perfect for every day driving.
