Rebuilt '30-'31 generator with cutout

The armature was tested for opens, shorts and grounds. The commutator was serviced and the windings sealed with Glyptal. Modern field coils were installed with new brushes, new sealed bearing and new bushing. New terminal hardware and oiler. The original Ford cutout was serviced including checking point alignment and adjusting point gap, checking air gap and adjusting closure voltage. It was painted to simulate the original finish and new hardware and insulators were installed. Tested and output set to 4-5 amps on my test stand. Photos below.
