For Sale - rebuilt '34 - '37 Ford flathead V8 generator and original Ford cutout.

I just finished this one. The armature was tested on a growler for opens, shorts and grounds. The commutator was trued on a lathe and mica undercut using a proper undercutting machine. Then the windings were sealed with Glyptal.

It has new field coils, wiring, oilers, insulator, brushes, brush springs, bushing, sealed double row bearing with custom machined bearing spacers and retainer. The case was media blasted and painted.

The original Ford cutout was cleaned, points gapped and checked for alignment, air gap checked and points closure voltage adjusted. Then painted.

Run in and adjusted on on my test bench. Check out the photos. I can email a video ofbit running on my test stand. Questions?
