I just finished another Ford generator, this one built as a 1933-1934 4cyl service replacement. It will work on any Ford 4 cylinder 1928 - 1934.
It has the vented brush plate for better cooling that became available in mid-1933. The armature was tested for opens, shorts and grounds, the commutator was trued on the lathe, armature windings were sealed. It has new brushes, sealed drive bearing, wiring, oilers and modern field coils. I've installed a refurbished original and correct Ford script cutout. Its been run on my test bench, output set to about 4 amps for normal daytime driving. Ready to bolt on and go. Price is $275 shipped to a US address in a large USPS flat rate box.
