Default 61 Galaxie, swapping 292 for 352/390

This is not for me but for a friend. He bought a rust free example. It has a cannibalized 292 in it and wants to put a 352 or 390 in it (a donor engine from a 62 is available) Will he have to do anything to the frame such as having to change the crossmember, etc?

No. It's practically a drop-in. Use everything from the '62 that's different from the '61 part.
