Try working on a British engine, I’ve worked on Lister Petter’s with an English manual.
Joints, big ends, etc. takes a bit to get the hang of it, glad there’s pictures!

I remember reading a post here where someone suggested taking the sending unit off the top of a gas tank and using a "torch" to see down inside the tank. At first I thought....what the _____ !!! , then later found out that torch = flashlight in the UK.
