louvers apeare to be in good shape. all latches there. will need some work...it will need some massaging here and there to be a nice hood /painted.(mostly on the tops, but some on the sides too) or run as is on your traditional patina rod....not as bad as a lot of thwm i have seen on ebay,fwiw less than half the price of a new Rotelieb hood..$400.00 plus shipping
