Ford F100 radio delete

My 1958 Ford F100 has the little round face radio that does not work. I'd just like to remove it and cover the holes with a factory radio delete plate. I can't find a plate listed anywhere and I can't even find a photo showing what it looks like. It should be similar to a 55 Ford car plate which also had a round radio face, just larger. Anyone have one or ever seen one? Thanks.
