Default Fram CH-15PL

Is this a correct oil filter for a 59ab canister? Found one in a parts box in my shop's attic. I have the bare filter but no rubber or cork parts except I do have a good top cover rubber ring. There are some rubber washers etc left over from my felpro set. Hoping to do an initial fire up within the hour. If this filter won't work, I may go filterless at first.

Thanks, But I guess it's filterless startup. I have run quite a few with no filter over the years. I know it's really clean in there and also the canister doesn't get it all anyways, as we well know.
