1928 Tudor structure
Does anyone have pictures of the 1/4 panels without the interior panels. Looking for details on wood placement and brace bottoms. Mine has been replaced poorly and the braces that hole the 1/4 windows are loose at the bottom. Also any pictures on how the rear seat pan attaches, mine is hooked the wood but is free floating also.
Thanks. Last edited by 1oldtimer; 05-27-2015 at 09:30 PM. |

Re: 1928 Tudor wood structure
Ok, I found some. Looks like I'm missing a panel that is bolted or welded to the floor and bolts to the brace. How about the rear seat riser bolting to the floor?.

Re: 1928 Tudor wood structure
I have the wood parts sorted out thanks to your and Brents posts. It looks like there's some type of metal brace attached to the body frame, the door post frame and the panel that the 1/4 window regulator bolts to. Mine is missing on both sides, I wanted a close up so I can either make them or find them if they're replaceable (Also notice the strap welded in to shore up the body frame).
Thanks again for everyone's help. Last edited by 1oldtimer; 05-28-2015 at 12:24 AM. |

Re: 1928 Tudor wood structure
It looks like it might stop at the rear seat riser.
Found another and it does stop at the riser (Thanks Brent) Does anyone have a larger picture of this metal piece, something I can zoom in on. Last edited by 1oldtimer; 05-27-2015 at 09:33 PM. |

I'm repairing the B pillar bottom now. Anyone have a larger picture of that panel.
