auto-transmission problems 63' T-Bird

My 63 T-bird has been running quite well lately. the engine and tranny is still 100% original. when i have driven it the past few weekends it doesnt seem to want to slip out of second into third. the fluid level in the tranny is good and all, and its not making any odd noises. any suggestions?

Check your modulator valve. Also check vacumn hose that goes to the modulator. Low or no vacumn will cause shifting problems.
