Default '34 rear shocks

I'm restoring a 1934 frame and running gear. When I got it there were stock shocks on the front and none on the rear. In looking at it further there were two tabs weleded to the front of the rear cross member. They were tilted toward the backing plates with a hole in them. I think they orginally supported tube shocks.

My question is does anyone know of someone who provides a mounting plate that would bolt to the back of the backing plates and support the bottom of tube shocks. The car has stock mechnical brakes. I could make somthing, but if someone has it already it might be easier.

The 1948 US cars used tube shocks that mounted to a bracket off the lower backing plate bolts. The CDN cars retained the lever action shocks.
