Merc 8ba overhaul
I have several 8ba blocks (a couple Merc) and I want to build one to put in my 35 Sedan.I( know there is a lot of info out there, but I met a fellow a couple years ago from Okla. City. who appeared to be quite knowledgeable. I can't spend the family jewels, and I want to do as much as I can myself. Anyone know who this fellow is? Any secrets to success? Thanks, Russ

Re: Merc 8ba overhaul
the first thing that you need to do is take your block in to have it hot tanked and have it magnaflexed. you need to start with a good block. the ones that you have may be bad good luck ...Rich

You have a plan, but the first step is a good block. Step two is to be found right here, there is a wealth of information and help here on Fordbarn. |
