Default So what can you tell me about this?

A guy I work with was cleaning out a neighbor's garage and dug this out. Pretty sure it's model A but beyond that, not sure. The exhaust manifold looks odd compared to pics I've seen...refering to the cooling fins. When I brought it home the engine was mounted to the frame shown, which has been welded to some angle iron for some sort of make-shift genset. There was a flat belt pulley with pillow block bearings attached to the trans output!
