64 Galaxy remove constant voltage regulator
OK I've been bent up side down under the dash trying to remove the instrument cluster so I can replace the voltage regulator so my fuel and temperature gauges will work . I've tried everything I can't get to the nuts for the retaining clips that hold the wire harness in place. what's the secret

Good for you. I hope payback is not too bad. A suggestion for the future - if dong any extensive work under the dash remove the font seat so you can lay flat on your back.
