Default Is this the way these parts go?

Putting off a project for two years has left some reassembly details fuzzy.
1) Is the oil tube positioned correctly? I can't see any other way for it to go, so I'm guessing yes.
2) The front pulley has a large pin to secure it to the crankshaft stub. My theory is, the cotter pin at the end of this larger pin is heavy by whatever-grams and keeps the large pin to the right by centrifugal force. This way, it doesn't slide out to the left. That, or the belt holds it in. Is one of these two ideas correct? Thanks experts.

Just a suggestion but I would replace that small funnel oil pipe with an original later large funnel or new reproduction one and regarding the crank pulley - that pin only comes & goes one way - the other hole SHOULD be smaller so the pin can't come out - that's what the cotter pin does.

Okay, so I have the pin in the wrong end first? The cotter pin will prevent it from going back out the larger hole?
Thanks for the tip on the funnel tube thingy.

Yes, assuming your pulley has one hole large enough for the pin (obviously - you installed it) and the opposite side is a smaller diameter so then the pin is captive.

Thanks. It's obvious to me now. More questions to come as this progresses.
