Default Cruised into Waco texas Today in My Model A & took a couple pics

This old Gulf station has been restored. It belonged to a good friend of mine for several years. Don't know who owns it now but they did a good job restoring it.

The second is the Castle in Waco that Chip & Joanna bought & restored.

We put over a 100 miles on the A today & it didn't miss a lick.

Yep, we drove our Model A's down there with the Dallas Model A Club about 5 years ago. They really did a great job of restoring it. A neat part of our vanishing history. Young people today have no idea how great, and simple life was back when that station was going strong.
