I found one for eight dollars and have paid as much as twenty five for a nice complete one with the coirrect nut. I knew a guy that allways looked for and bought them at swap meets, he refused to pay over fifteen dollars each. I would much prefer the cast iron sediment bulb over the glass bowl type.

Reproductions were available back in the '80s. I asked Tam about them perhaps 3 years ago. He thought that they quit making them because of liability issues and poor American cast iron (VERY little of this is done in this country now because of your friend the EPA.)

Funny though. Glass later version are available EVERYWHERE.
