Hi, Do your brain a favor, read a book ! Lot's of good ones at your local library, History, Auto's and all sort's of other subjects. Easier to fall asleep after reading then to sleep well after all that flashing color light from the tube. Just saying. Ray

As for tv in general........I watch commercial- free BBC mostly...No advert breaks in sport or movies etc, but more recently I bought a Smart TV and signed up for NetFlix and watch full seasons of good shows...again without the constant annoying adverts...also I can play any amount of hotrod ,old Ford and music via youtube in 46"HD.....best thing I ever bought techno- wise.
As with Henry, new t,v and Netflix ,apart from about 3 world cup football (soccer)games just finished all of Breaking Bad and now on Dexter no ads and decent viewing, the only trouble is after coming down from the garage and settling into breaking bad at around 10 it has meant some late nights but will be good for the winter, netflix at £6 a month a bargain and my new telly is great ,should have bought it long ago but no substitute for my grubby ,oily garage , cheers Jim.
