Default P/N 7539 rubber washer

Can anyone tell me where part# 7539 rubber washer is located on or near the clutch equilizer shaft?
I’ve seen in the parts drawings but don’t remember how it is installed.
Thanks!

It looks like a hose washer it slips over the ball on the frame bracket before the equalizer contacts the ball.

Thanks,
So it is to seal the connection between the ball and the cup of the equalizer shaft?

Yes.
Authentically they were a very dense wool.

Kube,
Thank you for your definition.
Do you know what the dimensions of the authentic dense wool seal?
I have some material that would be appropriate and can punch one out.
I have always appreciated your precise explanations here on the “Barn”.
Regards.

Gosh, I don't recall the exact dimensions. It was about 3/16" thick. The OD was just slightly larger than the OD of the arm. The ID was slightly smaller than the OD of the ball. It took a little persuasion to push it over the ball.

I probably have the material left around here. If ya can't manage to make one, let me know.
I'm willing to bet that seal was dense wool so it would crush easier than rubber. Same material as the dip stick seal.

I can probably punch one out of the back of my partner’s boiled wool hat!
She may not notice for awhile.
Made one for the dipstick from the tongue of my old leather
work boot!
Thanks again.
