Default Grease fittings

Lubing my 45B, and found I have a grease fitting on either end of my clutch shaft. The one that goes thru the bell housing. The fittings are on the bottom, one on each end. I wonder if these were added or do I have a different model bell housing. All other components suggest a late 1930 model.

Mine has one for each pedal bushing.

But not one thru the bell housing. I've been going to do that for the past 40 yrs, but, never got to it. So you can grease the release bearing sleeve without removing the inspection cover ?
