32 Rear Hood Bracket Fit

Has anyone run into problems with how the rear hood bracket fits to the cowl/firewall area? My repop bracket fits good on the cowl side but the two other holes on the front firewall side don't line up very well. Don't know if the problem is with the reproduced part, or if there is a poor alignment between the firewall/cowl joining.
